The impact of this project on the region’s medical learners should not be underestimated.

By educating and engaging resident physicians and medical students in high value care projects at our academic medical centers, this improvement construct is changing the thinking and practice patterns of our future attending physicians across specialties.

These medical learners will soon be our medical educators and will serve as the models and teachers for high value care for future generations.
